The Lee’s work is ultimately inspired by their family life and fervor for others. The husband & wife team both grew up in residential custom home building as well as having substantial exposure to the commercial construction industry. The couple has recognized a passion for creating inspiring spaces and crafting meaningful experiences for family & friends. Their design philosophy emphasizes a seamless fusion of classic yet creative beauty and function with a focus on enthusing connection and emboldening rituals important to one’s lifestyle. The aim is to serve as a single-source project delivery firm that both lightens and enriches one’s building experience, always surpassing expectations and looking to wow.
Charles Lee
FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Chuck began his construction career with a framing crew during summer months as a teenager, working for his family’s business. As a Navy veteran he returned to the St. Louis area and became a journeyman carpenter and millwright, as well as attained many certifications in welding. He enjoys working with his hands & creating and is always learning new skills. Chuck’s enthusiasm for construction management was made evident when working closely with and learning from many local contractors, as well as when he was the general contractor for his own home build and investment properties. Chuck has an extensive range of professional and personal experiences in the field of construction making him a unique and valuable resource on any project.
Kristy Psaris Lee
FOUNDER + PRINCIPAL PM & DESIGNER
Kristy’s exposure to building began very early in life and has been a constant theme. Growing up with talented relatives skilled in woodworking and construction meant witnessing and participating in 6+ custom home builds, as well as the development of other various properties by young adulthood. These experiences were very informative, making Kristy realize that any vision can be brought to life. Her journey to design as a profession, however, hasn’t been a traditional path. Beginning as a biologist at the bench, she’s spent most of her career in science management; ultimately transitioning into project management and IT program management; both in the sciences. With an unmet creative ability that had continuously been expressed through personal home remodels, Kristy recognized this recurrent theme and decided to commit to these interests further. Kristy’s excitement for design truly unfolded after she and Chuck designed and built their own custom home and went on to design an investment property. Kristy awakened a passion for crafting beautiful surroundings that would set the stage for meaningful moments. She greatly believes the backdrops she’s created inspire her and her family to live beautifully. She enjoys making connections with clients and understanding what is meaningful to them, ultimately helping them to envision their dream surroundings. Kristy’s background in PM and construction coupled with her enthusiasm for style ensures a mindfully commissioned, custom scheme perfectly fit for your lifestyle.
